We are excited to announce the following changes and additions to the Blood Hound team.
Effective Immediately:
Joe Murphy (VP – Training, Safety and Quality): Joe will lead the newly formed group that has been formed to enhance, promote, and audit all aspects of Training, Safety and Quality. Reporting directly to Joe will be Matt Shrock & Bryce Johnson (Training Development Managers): who’s daily responsibilities will be to train all new hires, as well as supporting all technicians in an effort to improve on all facets of training, quality and safety. John will continue to report directly to Mark Mason.
John Rook – (Director of Operations): John will now oversee all day-to-day Operations for all regions. John will work directly with the Operations Managers and oversee all aspects of production for all of Blood Hound’s service lines. John will report directly to Mark Mason.
Jake Mason – (Operations Manager - Midwest): Jake has been promoted to Operations Manager of the Midwest region and will be in charge of running all day-to-day operations for all services. Jake will report directly to John Rook.
Juan Morales – (Operations Manager/Tier 1 Sales - South): Juan’s duel role as Operations Manager and Tiers 1 Sales is a new position at Blood Hound. Juan will oversee all field Operations of the Midwest region while also being responsible for sales for the entire region. Juan will assist Dan Price (Operations Manager - South) to ensure the all aspects of field operations are being covered. Dan has been doing a fantastic job growing this region and collectively he and Juan will look to continue that momentum. Juan will report directly to John Rook and Mike Iadanza.
Mike Gallic – (Tier 1 Sales - East): We would like to welcome Mike as the Tiers 1 Sales Manager for the East Region. In this new role, Mike is responsible for sales for the entire region. Mike will work directly with Morgan Abele and Jim Rychlak to grow the current client base while on boarding new clients to the region. Mike will report directly to Mike Iadanza.
Bryce Johnson (Training Development Manager): Our newest member of the Blood Hound family. Bryce come to Blood Hound from USIC with over 15 years of training and safety experience. Being a former locator, Bryce also has the hands-on knowledge to understand what we do, and how best to apply a training and safety program to fit Blood Hound’s needs. Bryce will report directly to Joe Murphy.
