Locate Fulfillment
Will USIC complete my locates on time? USIC is working diligently to ensure accurate, on-time locates in all accessible areas, not referenced in the map, above.
Will COVID-19 affect your workforce? USIC is taking every measure possible to protect our employees. Remote administrative measures have been implemented in order to sustain operations. Manpower in the field may be affected; this will be monitored and mitigated, to the best of our abilities.[2]

How is 811 managing locate ticket requests, right now? The State One Call centers are working through their respective response plans, right now. We will update this page as we receive new information.
Will we be penalized by 811 for late tickets? We have received no information from the State One Call Centers, at this time, that would indicate any changes to their normal protocol. We are working hard to prevent late ticket fulfillment in all accessible areas, at this time.
