Any company can make a promise, but performance is where it counts. And at USIC, we are taking huge strides to improve our service levels through our company-wide Quality First initiative.

Over the last several months we've run several regional Quality First pilot programs and are now armed with the proven processes to drive safer, timely and more accurate locates for USIC customers across the US. As a result, Quality First will roll out widely starting in 2020.

Quality First focuses on key operational areas, including technician training, leadership, routing, and process standardization. Each tactical improvement designed to ultimately deliver more efficient and reliable service levels.
