Congratulations to South Houston Lead Technician Mike Rios on his 20th service anniversary!

Mike's long-term career with USIC has been built on his pride in protecting infrastructure and public safety, respect for the “great people” he works with, and love of working outdoors. Over two decades, he has remained committed to delivering excellence and motivated to meet any challenge he encounters.
